Price Club/CostCo.: If you belong to the Stanford Credit Union, you are eligible to join this "membership only" warehouse. You have to buy in massive quantities, so you might want to join with a few friends. Price Club is located in Redwood City on Middlefield, while Cost Co. is in Mountain View at the very end of Rengstorff, near 101.
San Antonio Shopping Center: There's a Target, Walmart, Sears, Ross, Tower Records, Mervyn's, RiteAid, and yet another Safeway all within reach in Mountain View. By bus, catch the 22 from El Camino and Stanford Avenue, next to the bank. For more places to explore, check out the local Yahoo . |
